Aurum Cloud
Aurum Cloud is a managed version of the AGPL-3.0-only Aurum POS software. The hosted Free tier permits 500 active inventory records in the primary shop. A valid Pro entitlement provides unlimited active inventory, up to three shops, and up to ten organization seats. Self-hosted deployments do not require a subscription.
Shop responsibilities
Shop owners are responsible for account access, the accuracy and lawful handling of customer and tax records, exports, and use of the service in their jurisdiction. Staff must select WhatsApp delivery only when the customer requested it and must understand that Aurum POS sends from Aurum's shared business number on the store's behalf.
Subscriptions
Subscription purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling for the Android app follows Google Play.
Availability
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. These terms should be reviewed for the operator's jurisdiction before public production use.
